"Into The Woods" Review - One More Movie Musical Success

There are musicals that work as movies if you do it right. Some end up being hits, like Hairspray, Chicago, or Les Miserables. I am proud to say as much as I had my doubts about "Into the Woods", it joins the hits in my book...just barely. There were some plot holes and changes to the show that are still bugging me.But the settings look so spectacular and the cast is just "pure as gold", along with the music obviously (oh how I adore Sondheim). I think the plot changes are made just so it can appeal as a movie, and that's okay. Overall, the story still makes sense. It's one of those movie musical adaptions you just gotta see. It's too good to miss.
