About Daniel Nebens

 

I am 25 years old and I'm a 

graduate from DePaul University with a BS in Digital Cinema. I have been involved with Post Production since high school and have loved movies for as long as I can remember. I have been lucky enough to work some terrific charity organizations, professors, and intern at Disney Studios twice. Besides film, my other hobbies include singing, dancing, acting, and traveling around the world.

My admiration for movies goes beyond genre and I adore any kind of film whether it's horror or a musical.

 

I made Nebs Up Or Down for the regular movie goer. My reviews tend to be short and not 3 pages long like other publications. My goal is to analyze films from both a popcorn enjoyment and a cinematic lens and assert if they are worth a trip to the theatre with my special Nebs ranking (2 nebs being really good, and 2 nebs down being really bad)! I get a kick out of watching movies and grading them through my own unique perspective. In the end, we all go to the cinema to get away, and my goal is to see why you enjoy it, why it makes you smile or frown, and if you would pay to go watch it again and again.
